1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trekki Time Tracker („the App“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trekki Time Tracker is a time tracking application that allows users to log work sessions, organize projects, and generate reports. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Trekki Premium Subscription

  • Price: As displayed in the App at the time of purchase

  • Duration: 1 year (auto-renewable)

  • Features: Unlimited projects, unlimited categories, and CSV export

3.2 Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.3 Cancellation

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4. User Data

Your time tracking data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data will be synchronized across your Apple devices via iCloud. We do not have access to your time tracking data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided „as is“ without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
